One of the best things about neighboring Mexico is that you can find all sorts of awesome products for cheaper. For instance, it’s no secret that insulin is a lot cheaper south of the border than it is here in the US of A. But what about clothing items?
As far as shoes go, the price difference for a pair of Nike running shoes is only marginally cheaper in Mexico, but if you’re buying in bulk, you can save quite a lot of money! But before you purchase a pair of shoes from Mexico, make sure you know what shoe size to get!
In this guide, I’ll provide a Mexican shoe size chart to help you figure out what size to get for your feet. I’ll also provide a side-by-side comparison between Mexican and American shoe sizes.

Why Are Shoe Sizes Different Between Countries?
You don’t have to look across national borders to find significant differences in shoe sizes. All you have to do is compare the inches or centimeter figures between brands in the same country to see number sizes differ from each other.
Why is this the case? Unfortunately, there is no standardized law that determines the lengths and widths of specific shoe sizes. So, until then, your feet might fit in size-10 pair of sneakers from brand A but be 2 sizes larger (or smaller) for brand B.
When you combine this with the fact that brands from different countries may also follow different sizing guidelines, shoe sizes become one humungous mess.
